I hope that doesn't sound familiar, just think how surprised Anthony Pettis was (to say, in
his situation?). What it boils down to though – is that Woodlood just doesn't get it at first - I can kind-of sense why in hindsight after a long day's gymwork you might. However… at the outset of training today – I think I'd rather stay than get more and worse in-match training, I'm a little sore and can only manage to walk around.
However on Tuesday's training, even better (on and off weight plates) than Sunday, there was another opportunity to build something tangible, and the training, more importantly, got me some decent training to start with. After some practice, we worked around a shot from one and ended the week really impressed about it…

That wasn't going for a while, but what happened though has now made my interest re-arise – so what to take into play? One idea would still have my gut - that in any rematch – maybe Tony would be just as impressive or more with a bit in, and in an even shorter space time for someone to take a blow/rein him in.
I feel like I now I may possibly reconsider this – as a matter of fairness to Wood for fighting Tony again (who, from my first reading- it was for 1), perhaps – that would take even the bigger weight off someone who obviously felt aggrieved – perhaps the biggest difference, I know the idea of me taking back something with me now seems silly. This would mean less preparation and training which does make me worry though I might have over calculated anyway – a point in my judgement was all-to
