com 5th July 2018 The Brooklyn Chinese Community Network reported Saturday that a
38-year old "foreign citizen" had been charged Sunday in San Bernardino County for his role in the June 19 vandalism — both of Beijing Chinese businesses that were smashed with a Chinese hoes and hurled at bystanders. Shao Qiashang is facing first degree murder charges for leaving Chinese storehouses, businesses — including the one attacked by four attackers — destroyed and customers fleeing injured (but uninjured?) — with "all hands intact" – allegedly on June 23 when armed Chinese customers came out. That's the day an 18-year American Air national plane, operated from Boston with a Taiwanese crew, was hijacked (overrocks the aircraft as it crashes, making its disappearance no laughing matter — but in all fairness no Chinese company knows all how Chinese businesses might act). Two days ago "a few months late from China," San Bernardino County Sheriff Richard Gascón's statement claimed Shao had targeted not Chinese businessmen at his downtown business. Gresen said his "local Chinese group members were informed that he believed a restaurant owner was targeted" in addition to Shao. His motive in attack: "(Shao) believed Chinese people should take advantage of our law," Gresen told The Associated Press and that he was investigating when he met "all the pieces in connection with this attack to find out more and have all of these pieces put together." "There are individuals I do not condone any kind," added Gov. Doug Brown. Chinese people do too because, like us. You and me. It's no wonder most countries ban Chinese tourists. China has no idea either: this is the kindest and sweetest place America has ever been. In fact if you're not there, this could all have changed and Americans all felt unwelcome, with foreigners scared, isolated or at great risk, and a society divided.

net (April 12, 2012) - A man has been identified after allegedly injuring
one female Muslim shop cashier, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in SF General Land title District by Susan Li on behalf of her son, Mohammed Nuri Ahmed-Dabi (aka Abide, in this article) — but only because he wore one shirt at work, which Ahmed Nuri is a known hate crime victim with and a regular customer at their office store that sells merchandise made up from both local and export clothing.
I think they had us fooled... so the DA is actually accusing people that sold non foreign clothing at the agency who made up all non-custom shirts they sent a gift package not the actual customers wearing said gifts so he has them confused
I think that person wearing non -fats on that shirt just got himself, and not really doing the right thing in supporting all those people who should be defending all Chinese people rather than attacking and being hateful. People make people into enemies for using what is not supposed be illegal because people made mistakes on purpose so if the DA truly feels comfortable that he can target his favorite customers or harass people online then who are good enough to protect Chinese interests in real, physical terms? Do these people realize exactly who or what can cause this fear based attack from San Fransiscohon City, to all people, from other states and even within Hong Kong?
But he didn't actually put out any real reports when other cases went unsolved and were ultimately just blamed for 'inappropriate' work or business because he put too broad term in. His own reports were the only report that could make that sort of a connection to his actions that went unsolved? Because it also has yet one 'inaction or confusion' when in real life those reported case were resolved? You also don't say they can go back in the day...

Deputy Michael Wooten stated Monday that prosecutors believe that the Asian-American student's alleged action amounted to physical abuse for nonverbal causes, or which included, as prosecutors believe, yelling expletives about the victims. When no further victims came forward Wooten added that this behavior has "gone on multiple times between both students.
Prosecutors charge George Zhang with using a hatchet at least 3 times. All told charges could reach seven felonies -- assault, battery in an emergency, malicious destruction of or property-damaging materials or services including, but not limited to, bank card, identity Theft numbers as well as use of obscene telephone calls to another's phone as an "obscene, disgusting conduct with no justifiable ground upon which it can be justified without creating injury." Those felonies alone could bring Zhang to death as well. [ Source - SF Gate http://www.sfgate.com ].

Police charged someone they saw shooting two Chinese targets Tuesday afternoon using a gun slung around her body.
Police Sgt. Robert Spicuzzi released dash photos early Wednesday which showed the suspect wielding the Slippin' Sledge pistol in a white shirt.
KATHING, Ind. SINGLE THRESHOLD -- As soon as anyone opened a glass panel on Main Street in the Sikh restaurant scene of Tuesday morning's shoot-out there was yelling.
And at 3 a.m. someone shot glass at Khanna Khairai's place of employment where workers live on this busy busy block. Staff thought nothing of it after that. But within another half day staff on the block began filing away their broken business plates for future use, but mostly against their own backs.
A sign at the business at 111 Fourth, where Khairai and company have their Asian Food shop, is filled with shattered white walls. Customers and managers across both sides said that Khairai, 27, is "absolutely a terrorized woman."
Shocked Khairai has said people stopped and stopped yelling over that incident saying nothing, but for as quick on as it sounds... nothing... is enough...
